Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Mediation sessions may be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will result in the assessment of a late cancellation fee.
• For training services the enrollee may cancel and receive a full refund, provided they cancel at least 14 calendar days in advance of training.

Late Cancellation

• Mediation sessions that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, will incur a late cancellation fee of 2 hours of mediation time at the scheduled hourly mediation rate. If it is a flat day rate the amount will be equal to 25% of the daily rate. The party that fails to cancel will be responsible for the fee. If neither party cancels in advance the fee will be billed to each side equally.
• Training course enrollee who cancels fewer than 14 days before the class must, within 6 months, register for and attend another class; otherwise all payments are forfeited.

No Shows

In the event there is a no show or failure to appear by a party/participant and the session can not proceed, there is a minimum charge of 2 hours of the hourly rate or 25% of the daily rate for the party/participant that failed to appear.
